Turbine Maintenance - Locking out 2 Years ago  
An assessor - not on the Steering Committee - has challenged whether steam lines and valves are locked-up and blanked off. He claims that in large installations a permit/tag system is used instead. My knowledge of OHS suggests this would not be enough of a control for such a serious hazard. Thoughts?
