There should be a section covering the handing over of the turbine to another operator. This section needs to critical examine the candidates response to the situation where the relieving operator is not fit to take up duty for any reason physical or emotional. - Priority Medium

Agree. Please provide me with examples of questions I could include in the assessment instrument as well as typical responses you'd expect from the candidate.

Four 'questions' have been added into the Performance Assessment section 8 to cover off this issue/concern.
