It had been suggested that some of the preamble text in the assessment instrument was ambiguous or needed to be changed. Ted Woods (SafeWork Australia) advised in the teleconference (18/1/10) that this was common text across all high risk licences and was not to be changed, however he will look into the recommendations and consider.
